All orders are non-refundable, and dates are non-transferable.

All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours to secure your order.

Once payment is received, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be permitted under any circumstances.
Pick-Up & Transportation Policy

All orders are pickup only and by scheduled appointment. Delivery is not available.

Customers must arrive at their scheduled pickup time. Please notify me if you are running late. A late fee may apply for arrivals exceeding 30 minutes.

Once your cake or desserts are picked up, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
Transportation requirements:

Desserts must be placed on a flat, stable surface in the vehicle.

Desserts must be transported directly to their destination without additional stops.

Upon arrival, desserts must be refrigerated immediately.
Storage & Dessert Care Instructions

All cakes and desserts must be refrigerated immediately after pickup and kept chilled until ready to serve.

Remove desserts from the refrigerator approximately 20 minutes prior to serving.

Buttercream frostings are not intended to be stored at room temperature for extended periods.

Improper storage, transportation, or handling may result in damage. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for damage occurring after pickup.
Please note:

Cakes may contain internal support dowels (wooden sticks or straws) that must be removed before serving.

This product was made in a home kitchen that is permitted by the local health department.
